What I Have learned today

Today, I have learned that when you procrastinate, you not necessary feel more well.

I was aware about the subject and that ourself tend to avoid tasks that are attached with a negative mood. Procrastination is the process of our mind to seek for another task or occupation that feels more joyful to us than what we’re about to do. Ones mind is creating a vision of ourself, that acts like us and perform the unpleased task.

However, this version is tainted, it does not represent the current mood of one. Instead, we just have the notation that we’re going to do it then.

That the actually process of procrastination lead to a potential higher degree of dissatisfaction is new. But it does fit to my several events in my past.
